Romeo Grzębowski

is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań, where he majored in management and marketing, as well as the College of Management and Banking (WSZiB) of Poznań. He also completed postgraduate studies in staff management at the Polish Federation of Staff Promotion (PFPK) and the Orgmasz Institute of Industrial Organization and Management of Warsaw. Romeo is also a graduate of the Intern Program in Organization and Human Resource Development organized by the University Associates in the United States and has won an International Coaching Community (ICC) Coach certificate. 

Romeo is the President of the Executive Board of Extended DISC Polska Sp. z o. o. [Ltd.], a company specializing in diagnosing employee potential. At the same time, he is a Partner with Time for Team. He acquired experience in human resource management as the Human Resource Manager at Xerox Polska, as an independent consultant and trainer, a consultant for Nicholson International, a trainee at Harley–Davidson Motor Company, and at Alverno College. 

Romeo is a member of the Polish Human Resource Management Association (PSZK) as of 1997. His main areas of professional interest include strategic human resource management, managerial team development using coaching methods, and executive coaching. Romeo is also a founding member of the Association of Professional Speakers (SPM) in Poland.
