Grzegorz Wangrat

is a graduate of the Academy of Catholic Theology (now the Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński University) of Warsaw. He majored in psychology. He completed a training cycle in Switzerland at the Institute of Process Oriented Psychology in the area of communications, conflict management, group processes, and group dynamics. Grzegorz also completed a postgraduate course in management at the Warsaw Business School of the Polish Academy of Sciences as well as numerous courses in strategic management, sales management, and training process management (including the French INSEAD and American LIMRA). He holds an International Coaching Community (ICC) Coach certificate. 

He spent his first three years after commencement as a psychotherapist. He subsequently won experience at Commercial Union Polska where he served as head of the Training and Development Department for almost eight years. Responsible for the whole of the training process involving the professional development of agents and managers working in the sales network, he created one of the strongest training organization and implementation systems in the industry catering to a sales network of several thousand. He is a consultant and Partner for Time for Team as of 2006. 

The main areas of Grzegorz’s professional interests are the design and implementation of long–term development projects as well as individual and team development, especially applying coaching techniques.
