Dorota Banasiak

is a graduate of the School of Social Psychology (SWPS), where she majored in psychology, as well as of the University of Łódź, where she majored in organization and management. She completed many specialist courses for trainers and holds Level I and II recommendations granted by the Polish Psychological Society (PTP) allowing her to conduct adult psycho–dynamic activities. Dorota holds an International Coaching Community (ICC) coach certificate. 

Dorota has several years of experience in consulting and training. She has designed and conducted many training courses and workshops in areas such as change management, leadership and management style, effective communications, and training trainers. 

She specializes in projects encompassing teamwork, regardless of whether this involves managerial teams in corporations, small departments of larger organizations, or even just a member of a team that needs improvement.
