Anna Malagowska

is a graduate of the University of Łódź, where she majored in psychology. She also completed many specialized courses for trainers. She holds an International Neuro–Linguistic Programming Certificate – Master Practitioner in the Art of NLP awarded by Transformations Unlimited of Canada an International Coaching Community Certificate

Anna has over ten years of experience as a business trainer as well as over two years of experience as a psychologist and therapist. She designed and conducted hundreds of training courses and workshops in such areas as effective teamwork, managing teams, leadership and management styles, coaching, effective communications, sales techniques, negotiations, training the trainer, the art of presentation, effective recruitment, and adult education methods and techniques. 

She specializes in training trainers and is the author of programs and manuals describing the methodology of work with groups. She has had ample opportunities to work with extremely different groups as a college lecturer during her doctoral studies at the University of Łódź, a therapist at a resocialization center, and as a business trainer. Over recent years, her main area of training encompass training for managers in the field of motivation, coaching, and leadership. In addition to substantive information, participants in her courses primarily appreciate the unique atmosphere and interpersonal skills.
