Better Managerial Decisions
- “Better Managerial Decisions” is a multistage process of work with managers and their teams. It encompasses research into potential, development workshops, and individual consultations. The program utilizes Extended DISC® research methodology.
Program Objectives
The aim of the program is to improve the effectiveness of the actions of managers by providing them with knowledge and tools facilitating better communications and motivation in their teams.
During the program, managers learn:
- What their natural management style is, and how this impacts on others,
- What the potential of the team they manage as well as of individual workers is,
- How to communicate most effectively with their team as well as how to develop the motivation of individual workers,
- How to plan the development of individual workers with respect to their talents,
- If their team lacks some crucial talents that should be supplemented and who to look for, and
- What personal behavior and talents they should be looking at to become more effective managers.
Additionally, workers taking part in the managerial program gain knowledge on:
- Their own natural style of behavior and its impact on others, and
- How to communicate effectively with others—customers, colleagues, and superiors.
Thanks to the application of Extended DISC® research tools, program participants (both managers and workers) gain credible and reliable information relating to specific persons. This makes it possible to discuss and solve real problems on the minds of managers and to take more accurate managerial decisions.
