Coaching

The coaching formula we propose is based on a methodology developed by Joseph O’Connor, the creator and founder of the International Coaching Community (ICC). It represents a holistic approach that takes into account the fact that our behavior is influenced by more factors than just knowledge and skills. Of significance are our system of convictions and views, ingrained thinking and acting habits, hierarchy of values, sense of identity, and a feeling of life–work balance. Each of these factors may raise or lower the efficiency of our work. This is also true of the way we manage our emotions and build relations with other people. 

In this perspective, coaching is helpful in discovering the significant reasons for behavior that seems of little use to us. This is the starting point for developing new solutions. This process leads to quick and permanent changes.
