Workshops and Training Courses

Practice makes perfect, or more to the point that is true of training and workshops for managers during which we utilize the most up–to–date knowledge in management and psychology. Before conducting a workshop, our consultants first carefully look at the people in your company in order to diagnose the real needs of your team. Then we present our observations after which we find the best solution together. It is as a result of analyses of training needs and working with you that a training offer is drafted that fully meets the needs of your team. After preparing a detailed program it is time for training. 

Training is conducted in an active and attractive way. Our trainers have in–depth practical knowledge in team management and psychology. We know that participants absorb knowledge best by acting, which is why our training courses and workshops use active forms of teaching such as case studies, games, role playing, discussions, and brainstorming in a way that most effectively achieves the targets that were jointly developed before the course. Each training course is concluded with an evaluation. Thanks to this you know how our work was assessed by participants.

We know that training is only a part of the learning process. It is for this reason that after the course, after about three weeks, we organize a follow up This is a meeting devoted to summarizing and checking what changes occurred and what areas of skills should be noted in planning the ongoing development of leaders. 

This is also a good opportunity to share mutual observations with the team on solutions introduced into the company in the wake of the training course.
