Piotr Benedyk

has graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the Warsaw University, and the Academy of Music in Warsaw. His extensive experience is the result of many years’ work for both Polish and international companies. He is an ICC Coach (the certificate is awarded by the International Coaching Community).

Piotr specialises in the following training fields: team management, coaching, presentation, customer service, conflict resolution, stress management, communication, team building. He only uses active methods of training: workshops, scenarios, simulations, games, cases. He uncovers and explores professional potential of the participants during individual coaching sessions and team work.

He focuses on creative aspects of training, developing practical solutions with the participants. His motto is: “Pure knowledge is of little use, unless accompanied by actual experience”.

In his spare time, Piotr enjoys playing the French horn.
