Team Development
"The Four Steps to an Effective Team" program is a multi-stage process involving work with a group that encompasses a diagnosis of team potential, team development workshops, and individual consultations. The program applies the Extended DISC® research methodology as well as Team Coaching concepts.
Why?
The objective of the program is to raise the effectiveness of a selected team by analyzing its potential as well as the natural predispositions and talents of its members, and the current situation in the team. The program goes on to assist in finding concrete solutions that will improve communication efficiency, relations, and methods of team action. Implementation of the program leads to an improvement in the organization’s business results through integration and enhancement in the effectiveness of key teams.
For Whom?
This program is designated for key teams in the organization (including project teams) interested in bettering their own effectiveness as well as in an improvement in business results.
How Do We Do It?
Application of the program in full is optimal for the launching of long–term and permanent processes of change in teams. Implementation of the process assumes use of the Extended DISC® tools and four workshop meetings, over a period of twelve months, supplemented by individual consultations. Depending on the specific needs of the team, individual phases of the process may be implemented independently of each other. Last update: 2009-05-28 12:53:30
